He is the Principal Consultant of the firm and a chartered accountant and tax professional with vast experience in audit and assurance, taxation and consulting. A registered professional accountant with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. An affiliate member of Chartered Institute Of Pubic Finance And Accountancy (England). His passion for information technology cannot be sidelined with his diploma in Computer Programming and Engineering. He has been a lecturer in various ICAN/CIS/ACCA tuition houses at different times. His work experience of over fifteen (15) years cuts across various professional firms including Jacob Ogbodu & Co (Chartered Accountants) where he started his professional career.
He proceeded to Nnamdi Oyeka & Co (Chartered Accountants) and later joined Alatta Nzewi Oyeka & Co (Chartered Accountants) before he finally moved to set up Bankole Ayoade & Co, Hallowed Consults, Standard Framework Consulting and Stelios Consulting Ltd with other of his professional colleagues. In the course of his training, he has been exposed to various sectors of the Nigerian economy where he handled several assignments such as auditing and accounting of various public and private companies (e.g. NNPC, Nigeria Gas Company, Nigeria Liquefied and Natural Gas, Nigeria Shippers’ Council, Central Bank Of Nigeria, Egbin Power Holding Company Limited etc), business and equity valuation of Companies, due diligence for prospective investors, reporting accounting for private placement and public issue, inventory reconciliation, asset certification, verification of property plant and equipment for INEC and other private companies, audit of special fund, consolidation of political parties for INEC, internal control review, compliance audit for NLNG, business process reengineering, preparation/review of projections/forecasts, IFRS implementation and conversion, Financial modeling, fraud and investigation etc.
He has been involved in IFRS transition, conversion and implementation for several companies in different industries such as oil and gas, manufacturing, banking, trading etc. He has attended many courses/trainings/seminars on business, finance, accounting, audit risk and management and investment etc
Mr. Ogedengbe Blessing is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), Associate Accounting Technician (AAT), from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a member of Chartered Institute Of Taxtation Of Nigeria. He qualified as a professional accountant in 2006 and was inducted in the 2007. He studied accounting and bagged National Diploma in accounting from the Polythenic Ibadan and proceeded to Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-iwoye, where he was awarded Bachelor of Social Sciences (BSc.) in Accounting. He is presently writing final papers of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA, London), Examination. He worked as management accountant at Tantalizers for some period in 2006 after which he was engaged in the service of Nedlink Logistics International Limited, Lagos as Finance Manager till 2007.
He worked with Memento Foods Limited (Lagos) as Accountant and thereafter was employed by Daca Consults Limited in march 2008 where he was involved in various consulting services both for Public and Private sector. He later gained employment with Bayo Ayoade & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in July 2009 as audit supervisor, thereafter moved to BM&Co. Professional Services (Chartered Accountants) as Audit Manager in 2011 and eventually became a Partner.
He has been practicing since then. He is also being consulted by other Firms to act as consultant on special engagement or joint audits. His areas of specialisation cut across but not limited to: accountancy and management consulting services, audit and assurance services, tax consultancy.
Adewunmi is a veteran and prolific Chartered Accountant with proven pedigree in Petroleum accounting, financial management, assurance and investigation engagements, taxation, investment banking and general corporate reporting services. He has worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Akintola Williams Deloitte (AwD), Transnational Corporation of Nigeria (Transcorp), Visafone Telecommunication Limited.
He is a detailed and value oriented young man who always want to impart knowledge as well as has an inexorable quest for learning. He is also an experienced associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and a first class B.sc (Hons) accounting graduate from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU, Ile – Ife), where he graduated as the best student in Financial Accounting during his time. He is an unpretentious Christian who despite his giant professional height quest, he would never compromise his divine calling as an emissary of the gospel of Christ. His ultimate goal in life is to make Heaven, the greatest home. Adewunmi is a seasoned teacher especially in auditing, financial accounting, taxation and corporate finance. He derives pleasure in imparting knowledge to others. At present, he is a senior lecturer of Advance Audit and Assurance (AAA) at professional ICAN levels at WySE Associate, a leading professional accountancy training centre. He was formerly with Pye house as a financial accounting lecturer both at ICAN and CIS levels. He is fondly called “Professor” by friends and family.
Asides, Adewunmi is very passionate to see that assigned tasks are achieved
efficiently and effectively. He has won several leadership and personality laurels right from his undergraduate days and up till the
present moment. Always very excited and idiosyncrasy noted for his incessant smiles. In the course of his career pursuit, he has
successfully handled several projects/engagements, most of which were statutory engagements completion for companies and clients
for corporate filings, feasibility plan for successful mega business prospects, positively turned around ailing finance departments of
organizations, helped in business re-engineering and re-structuring, projects appraisals, inventory management, financial and tax
advisories, among others. Adewunmi is happily married and by God’s grace blessed with a good home.
He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Practitioner. A finance expert per excellence with great IT skills and a multiple award winner for excellence in the academia and industry. He started his career with Suleiman Shittu & Co. where he rose to the position of Audit Manager before exploring opportunities in the Power Sector, Media and FMCG. During his time in the industry he worked as Financial Accountant in Enugu Electricity Distribution Company, Head Accounts and Admin at Folio Communications Limited (owners of Daily Times Nigeria Plc) and Finance Manager at Fareast Mercantile Company Limited (manufacturers of popular Scanfrost range of Home Appliances and Electricals).
Tobi left the industry in 2018 and has since been with the firm championing various consulting engagements.
Tobi is also a great speaker, influencer and mentor for many young professionals in the country.
